Choose Your Date & Time Slot
Standard Entry is a dated, timed ticket, so pick the slot that suits your day. Want more wiggle room? Anytime Entry lets you visit at any time on the day you choose.
Select Your Tickets
Child tickets cover ages 5 to 15 and adult tickets are for 16+. Children under 5 cannot enter. Fancy a drink after surviving? Scream and Spirits adds a premium cocktail (or a soft drink) in the Tavern.
Complete the Purchase
Check out for instant confirmation, then join the “next show” line at your time slot with your e-ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable, so double-check your date and time before you pay.
What Your Ticket Includes
Entry to The London Dungeon: a walk-through journey of around 90 minutes with 13 live, actor-led shows. Food, drinks and entry to other attractions are not included.
Age Recommendations
Children under 5 are not permitted. Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or over. The experience is not recommended for children under 12 or anyone of a nervous disposition, and the final call sits with the parent or guardian.
Best Time to Attend
Standard Entry runs on timed slots, so arrive on time and join the “next show” line with your e-ticket. If your plans are loose, Anytime Entry lets you turn up whenever suits you on your chosen day.
Facilities
The Tavern waits at the end of the route, where Scream and Spirits ticket holders pick up a premium cocktail or a soft drink. Cameras and video recording devices are not allowed inside.
Accessibility
The route is walked in low light, with live actors, sudden effects and rides along the way. Visitors with access needs are advised to contact The London Dungeon before booking to check the route suits them.

Plan for around 90 minutes. The route is a guided walk-through, moving from one live show to the next, so the pace is set by the cast rather than by you.
Add a little extra if you have a Scream and Spirits ticket, as your cocktail is served in the Tavern at the end. Standard Entry tickets are timed, so arrive for your slot rather than early in the day.
